Having faced defeat at the UK General Elections over the summer the Labour Party and Lib Dems have made contact with Sri Lanka’s newly formed coalition, comprising of most of the runners up from last time, in an attempt to salvage their reputation and be part of a majority in a parliament in any part of the world.
Labour believe that they can regain some confidence after being left Ball-less since the last election while the Lib Dems realise they can only ever be part of a coalition.
The UNFGG or United in Neutering Former Government Gangsters, are said to be considering the request once all their ministers have finished appearing on every TV show ever. UKIP’s request to be part of the group was denied after it was considered that there were enough minority hating elements contesting already.
