Labour and Lib Dems Hoping to join the UNFGG Coalition

UNGFFHaving faced defeat at the UK General Elections over the summer the Labour Party and Lib Dems have made contact with Sri Lanka’s newly formed coalition, comprising of most of the runners up from last time, in an attempt to salvage their reputation and be part of a majority in a parliament in any part of the world.

Labour believe that they can regain some confidence after being left Ball-less since the last election while the Lib Dems realise they can only ever be part of a coalition.

The UNFGG or United in Neutering Former Government Gangsters, are said to be considering the request once all their ministers have finished appearing on every TV show ever. UKIP’s request to be part of the group was denied after it was considered that there were enough minority hating elements contesting already.

In a related story, former President CBK headed to the UK last week claiming she was escaping from a Political Asylum. “Been there, done that, gone mad” she was heard muttering to officials from the Border Control who confiscated puppet strings she was clutching in her hand.

There are rumours circulating that the Galactic Empire is also considering making a last minute entry in to the political fray with their only concern to be whether the election really needs two dark overlords contesting to be the most unpopular candidate and finding a district that Darth Vader can pronounce without exacerbating his asthma. Galle has been shortlisted.
