MasterChef Buddhism, Where Cooks Use Detached Stoves, In Doubt After Customs Seize Aprons

MCBThe latest spin-off of the reality TV cooking franchise, MasterChef Buddhism, has been thrown into doubt after producers said that a shipment of aprons that were to be worn by contestants were seized by overzealous customs officials.

In a statement, the executive producer of the show said “This is not just your average cooking show. On MasterChef Buddhism. The contestants must first accept that cooking is suffering, especially when you are up against the clock and you have over grilled the vegetables. And if the dishes are not of the desired quality the judges will make humiliate you and make you suffer. In the spirit of Karma, we also encourage contestants to reheat old meals rather than cook recipes from scratch.”

“We also tell the cooks that when baking cakes to use the eight-fold method for maximum results which will lead to a cake that you do not crave. But all this is in doubt after we found out that Customs officers have taken away the aprons that we had produced to be worn by the contestants,” he added.

Masterchef Christianity was shelved last month after one of the contestants, Jesus, kept feeding the entire audience with just five loafs of bread and two fish, and handing everyone who wanted a glass of water with wine instead.
