Public Begin To Suspect They May Have Voted For The Wrong Sirisena

Several people have expressed concern that the wrong Sirisena may currently be occupying the office of President of Sri Lanka, following several weeks of unrest and what is being described as a limp government.

One civic society leader said, “I think people got confused when two candidates named Sirisena contested the Presidential election and it appears they have gone and cast their vote for the less qualified candidate. They say that you should keep your friends close and your enemies closer, so the one who was standing next to Mahinda should have been elected. Instead we have an impostor trying to run country and struggling.”

Maithripala Sirisena said, “Will the real Sirisena please stand up? Because I am not him”

R.A. Sirisena said, “People who were laughing at me during the presidential election are now laughing at the state of country. Some of them are even crying. Elephants are trying to abandon the country. You should have voted for me. Anyway next election there will be a fake Rajapakse so you can vote for him.”
