Re-Remand (The Judge Says To Inspector)

The Artful Dodger (a.k.a  Sajin Vass) today released the hit track Re-Remand, a cover version of his nineties hit (see video below), during his brief release from prison before being summoned back.

Mr S.V.G. self penned the hit based on a personal experience during his bail hearing last morning when the CID noted that he is a flight risk, considering he owned a fleet of helicopters, and requested the judge to further remand him.

The former minister is being held on suspicion of misusing 22 vehicles belonging to the Presidential Secretariat. Probed further the CID said that they suspected some of the damages he has caused to the vehicles include trying indicating left and turning right on Galle Road, showing his torso while leaning out of the sunroof after a night out, conducting a drive-by in a drive-through fast food outlet and being unable to answer the question ‘Why do you need 22 cars where there is only one of you?’

Mr Gunawardene is not a stranger to controversy having assaulted the former British High Commissioner in 2014, Dr. Chris No Knees.
